Lagos-based hybrid multi-level marketing company, Richlance International, has called on the Federal Government to integrate technology studies into primary school curricula, emphasizing the immense opportunities in the global tech industry.

The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Engineer Faithful Samuel, made this appeal during an interview at the official launch and award ceremony of the company in Ikeja, Lagos.

Samuel urged the government to invest in digital technology and support young people with innovative ideas.

“The government should adopt a tech-focused curriculum for our primary and secondary schools. Some outdated subjects should be replaced with tech-based studies so that children can begin learning technology from an early age. Tech is now the driving force of the world,” he said.

Drawing parallels with Richlance International’s business model, he highlighted how digital solutions are reshaping industries.

“With just a smartphone, individuals can become shareholders in over 1,000 companies. While some businesses are shutting down and leaving Nigeria, we are expanding because we operate a diversified income model. Our platform offers over 1,000 digital services that people can access from the comfort of their homes,” Samuel explained.

He further stressed the need for government intervention in digital development to curb cybercrime.

“I do not support cybercrime, but I believe its prevalence can be drastically reduced if the government invests in digital technology and supports young people with creative and innovative ideas,” he added.

The event, attended by government officials and private sector stakeholders, featured the presentation of 28 cars to the company’s top promoters.
