Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this program:
- Submission must have more than 16 pages
- Open to both published and unpublished work
- Only one entry allowed per person
- Artwork must have been created within the past three years
- AI-created entries are not accepted unless the extent of AI involvement is disclosed
- Must be original work by a non-Japanese artist
- Entries must respect intellectual property rights
- Accepted format: Printed or PDF
