Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this program:

  • Submission must have more than 16 pages
  • Open to both published and unpublished work
  • Only one entry allowed per person
  • Artwork must have been created within the past three years
  • AI-created entries are not accepted unless the extent of AI involvement is disclosed
  • Must be original work by a non-Japanese artist
  • Entries must respect intellectual property rights
  • Accepted format: Printed or PDF

  • MANGA work (in PDF or printed format)
  • A valid passport copy
  • Artist’s CV or short bio (optional but recommended)
