Program Details

Participants in the IsDB YPP will become part of a global network of professionals working to advance sustainable development across 57 Member Countries and Muslim communities in non-Member Countries.

From your first day at the Bank, you’ll be assigned real-world projects, contribute to innovation, and work on impactful development programs while utilizing Islamic Finance instruments to achieve IsDB’s mission.

The program is tailored to develop high-potential talent through hands-on experience, professional rotations, and a strong support system to help you thrive both personally and professionally.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the program, applicants must:

  • Be a citizen of an IsDB Member Country
  • Be under 32 years of age
  • Possess at least a bachelor’s degree (postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage)
