Essay Topic
This year’s essay topic is “The Rise of Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Job and Workforce Dynamics in Organisations.” Students are invited to discuss how the rise of artificial intelligence is transforming job roles and workforce dynamics within organizations.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the 2024 CIPM Essay Competition, applicants must:
- Be undergraduate students at Nigerian tertiary institutions (universities or polytechnics)
- Submit an original, empirical essay that meets local and international journal standards
- Ensure the essay does not exceed 3000 words and is properly referenced using APA style
- Use Times New Roman font, 12-point size, double line spacing, and MS Word only
- Avoid plagiarism to prevent disqualification

- 1st Prize: N125,000 & 2 HRM books
- 2nd Prize: N100,000 & 2 HRM books
- 3rd Prize: N75,000 & 2 HRM books
