Requirements
To qualify for the Nestlé Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must:
- Hold a B-Com in Digital Marketing or Strategic Marketing.
- Achieve a minimum of 65% in their academic results.
- Be a strong communicator with fluency in English.
- Possess good numeracy and analytical skills.
- Be a team player with cross-functional skills.
- Be willing to relocate if necessary.
- Be a self-starter, service-oriented, and prepared to work flexible hours.
- Have presentation skills, be strategic, and be empathetic to understand the needs of others.
