About the Mary Gates Leadership Scholarship:
The Mary Gates Leadership Scholarship 2024 is designed for undergraduate students at the University of Washington who are eager to enhance their leadership skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.
Eligibility Criteria: To apply for the Mary Gates Leadership Scholarship, students must meet these requirements:
- Enrollment: Must be a full-time undergraduate student at the University of Washington (UW) Bothell, Seattle, or Tacoma campus.
- Full-Time Status: Must maintain full-time enrollment (at least 12 credits during the academic year and 1 credit during the summer quarter).
- Previous Awards: Students who have already received the same type of Mary Gates scholarship twice are not eligible for a third award of that type. A maximum of three Mary Gates Scholarships (combining Research and Leadership) can be received.
- Additional Funding: If receiving other scholarships or stipends for the same leadership activity, the full amount of this award may not be granted.
