Application Process:
To apply for the Mauritius Government Scholarship, applicants must submit their application through the Nominating Agency in their country, typically part of the Ministry of Education. The agency will select up to five candidates for undergraduate programs and forward their applications to Mauritius. Applicants cannot apply directly to the Government of Mauritius.

Requirements:

  • For undergraduate programs, applicants must be at least 18 years old and not older than 26 by January 1, 2026.
  • For PhD programs, applicants must be under 40 by January 1, 2026.
  • Applicants must have already applied for a full-time on-campus program at a public Higher Education Institution in Mauritius.
