Participants will gain hands-on experience through rotations in Commercial and Supply functions, working on exciting business projects under the mentorship of world-class business leaders.
Program Details
- Learn the sales/client acquisition process.
- Master executive leadership and team management strategies.
- Develop public speaking skills and lead meetings on market strategy.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance departments.
- Oversee marketing team activities and customer service.
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team.
- Analyze sales statistics and identify areas for improvement.
- Build partnerships with potential clients and track business performance.
Requirements
- Recent or current graduate (open to any degree).
- Previous experience in marketing or sales (optional but valuable).
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
