Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the Digital Nigeria Innovation Challenge, applicants must:
- Be Nigerian citizens with a valid form of identification.
- Be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
- Form teams of 2-5 members, combining both technical and non-technical expertise.
- Submit entries as team projects; individual applications are not accepted.

- Teams must use mapping and visualization tools such as Google Maps API, ArcGIS, or QGIS to create their digital maps.
- The final submission should be a URL to an interactive map showcasing the identified infrastructure.
