The Lafarge Technical Skills Development Training is a non-residential, tuition-free program where successful candidates will receive hands-on training, tuition-free lectures, and a monthly stipend to cover out-of-pocket expenses. At the end of the program, participants will receive a Lafarge Internal Certificate.

Training Details
This program is open to Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holders and covers two key areas:
- Maintenance Processes: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation, Welding, and Fabrication Technology.
- Cement Manufacturing Processes: Production, Process, and Quality.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Lafarge Technical Skills Development Training, applicants must:
- Hold an OND from a recognized institution, completed no earlier than 2021.
- Have a minimum of 5 O’Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one other subject, in a maximum of 2 sittings.
