- Nigerian Citizenship: Applicants must be citizens of Nigeria.
- Gender: Only female students are eligible.
- University Enrollment: Must be enrolled full-time in a Federal or State-owned university in Nigeria.
- Field of Study: Must be studying within the Faculty of Engineering, Environmental Studies, or Technology.
- Academic Level: Must currently be in their second year of study.
