Potential areas of study include Computer Science, Software Engineering, BIS, Networking, Cyber Security, IT Management, or related fields.

Program Components
- Mentorship: Work with a mentor and engage in frequent 1-to-1 meetings to enhance your understanding of the IT industry and gain insights into your mentor’s career and role.
- Technical Careers: Acquire an understanding of technical careers within Dell Technologies.
- Networking: Meet and network with successful women in Dell Technologies and fellow mentees.
- Career Preparation: Get assistance with CV and interview preparation, LinkedIn presence, and preparation for intern and graduate applications.
- Internship Opportunities: Possibility for a paid summer internship upon completion of the program, and further career opportunities for your 3rd year placement and beyond.
Eligibility Requirements
- Females studying a STEM course in their 2nd year at a 3rd level education institution qualify for the program.
Application Process
- Application Submission: Interested candidates should apply through the Dell Technologies application portal.
- Details Submission: Upload your CV, covering the following areas:
- Your name, college, and college course.
- The area of technology you are most interested in.
- Why you are interested in a mentoring program with Dell Technologies.
3. Video Interview: Successful applicants will receive a link to complete a short video interview, where you will describe yourself, your interests, and your college course.
Interview Process
- After your application, you will receive communication with more details on the next steps and the structure of the mentoring program by October 11th.
- If selected for the program, you will meet with your mentor (in person or virtually) frequently, at least once per month for the duration of the program.
Program Expectations
- Engagement: Engage with your mentor at least once a month (virtually or in person, as decided by each mentee/mentor pair).
- Event Participation: Participate in events run by the program, including on-site events at Dell offices (there will be 3-4 events throughout the year).
