The event brought together students from 20 secondary schools across Lagos and Ogun States, with participants attending both in person and virtually. The programme served as a platform for learning, social interaction, and the exchange of innovative ideas among young minds.

Delivering the keynote address, Professor Awoyemi Lawal-Arolowo highlighted the significance of resilience, adaptability, innovation, and self-belief in achieving success. She encouraged the students to embrace their potential, saying, “Remember, whatever you believe you can achieve, you can.”

Also speaking at the event, Professor Olugbenga Idowu, Associate Vice President of ITCT, who represented the Senior Vice President of Management Services, Professor Yacob Haliso, urged the students to strive for excellence and recognize their crucial role in shaping the future of society.

A major highlight of the programme was the student debate session, which aimed to develop critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills among the participants. Babcock Academy took the top prize in the competition, while Joy Cometh Schools from Ikorodu and Adeola Odutola College in Ijebu-Ode claimed the second and third positions, respectively.
