Taipei Medical University (TMU) is inviting applications from international students for its 2025 scholarship programs.
Students from all around the world can apply for The Taipei Medical University Scholarship admissions for Fall 2025.
These opportunities are open to Master’s and Ph.D. applicants aiming to study at one of Asia’s leading medical universities.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Hold foreign nationality (be international students) and without Republic of China (R.O.C.) citizenship
- Applicants for Master’s Programs must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, graduating by July 2025
- Ph.D. applicants must have a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification, graduating by July 2025
- Academic documents must align with Taiwan’s recognition standards for foreign degrees
- Apart from the general entry requirements, applicants must meet the specific entry requirements as listed by each program
- Candidates must also meet the English Language requirements of the university
- Exemptions: Applicants from English-speaking countries or those whose prior degrees were taught in English
How to Apply
To apply for this scholarship:

- Go to the TMU admission system to start the application process and select the correct entry term (e.g. TMU Graduate Admissions).
- Click on the “Apply Now” button to create an account. Activate an account by clicking on the link in the activation email sent to the provided email.
- Fill out an application form and upload documentations such as proof of nationality, academic credentials, and other supporting documents required by programs for academic review such as CV, study plan, certificate of language proficiency.
- Remember to preview the application before submitting. Application content cannot be modified once submitted
- Applicants for scholarships can proceed to apply for Fulbright or TaiwanICDF Scholarship upon admission.
