Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) is partnering with Opay to offer undergraduate students funds as financial support towards the costs of their education.
OPAY DIGITAL SERVICES LIMITED is a CBN-regulated mobile money operator established with a mission to make financial services more inclusive through technology.
The organization and the Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) are working together to democratise education for the indigent and underrepresented in the University. Thus, the need for this scholarship.
Eligibility Criteria
To be qualified for the Opay Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be registered students of the Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA)
- Be students from all departments of any public university in the federation
- Be undergraduate students of any level in any public university in the federation
- Have an active OPay account.
Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants of the Opay Scholarship will receive:
- A cash award of ₦300,000 per student
- 40 shortlisted undergraduate students will receive ₦300,000 per academic session upon successfully meeting the requirements and going through the screening process.
