NLNG Undergraduate Scholarship 2024

Nigeria LNG Limited is currently accepting applications for the 2025 NLNG Post Primary Scholarship. 

This fully funded scholarship is designed to support outstanding Basic Six pupils through their secondary school education, especially those from NLNG host communities in Rivers State.

Scholarship Details

As part of its commitment to social investment in education, NLNG is offering scholarships to high-performing Basic Six pupils in public primary schools within its host communities. 

This initiative ensures access to quality secondary education and supports inclusive education for all, including Persons Living with Disabilities (PLWDs).

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the NLNG Post Primary Scholarship 2025, applicants must:

  • Be an indigene of one of NLNG’s host communities in Rivers Stat
  • Be currently in Basic Six and enrolled in a public primary school in Rivers Stat
  • Not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship, bursary, or gran
  • Be aged 12 or younge
  • Not be a spouse, child, ward, or direct relative of an NLNG staff member
  • Have a provisional admission into any of the following NLNG partner secondary schools:
    • Hallel College (Boarding), Rukpokwu, Port Harcourt
    • Archdeacon Brown Secondary School, Woji, Port Harcourt
    • Christie Toby Education Center, Iriebe

Scholarship Benefits

Successful applicants of this scholarship will receive: 

  • Full payment of tuition and other fees for the entire secondary education duration
  • Coverage of academic-related expenses for beneficiaries

Required Documents

Applicants must upload the following documents during the application process:

  • Basic 4, Basic 5, and Basic 6 result sheet
  • Attestation letter from the current Headmaster/Headmistress (must include their phone number and be stamped
  • Indigene confirmation letter signed by the CDC Chairman or Community Chie
  • Letter of identification from the applicant’s Local Government Counci
  • Recent passport photograph (no glasses, taken not earlier than January 2025
  • Birth certificate issued by the National Population Commission (NPC)
