The National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) invites international students to apply for its Undergraduate, Master’s, and Doctoral Programs for Fall 2025.
The NTUST Scholarship 2025 is available to global scholars to pursue higher education in Taiwan, supported by a robust academic framework and state-of-the-art facilities.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Hold foreign citizenship and should not have previously studied in Taiwan as Overseas Chinese Students.
- Be dual nationality holders with ROC citizenship must meet specific MOE guidelines.
- Stateless individuals are not eligible.
- Be High school graduates (for undergraduates), hold a bachelor’s degree for masters, and a masters degree for doctoral applicants.
- Applicants with prior studies in Taiwan exceeding one year (excluding MOE-approved institutions) are not eligible.
- Transcripts and diplomas must be certified and translated into English or Chinese if issued in another language.
Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants of this scholarship will receive;
- Taiwan Scholarships: Full Scholarship + Living Stipends
- NTUST scholarships: Full Scholarship + Monthly stipends of NT$ 18,000
- ASUS Scholarship: Full Scholarship + Monthly stipends of NT$ 12,000 + Travel Costs + Employment after Graduation
- International Dual Doctoral Degree Scholarship: Full Scholarship + Monthly stipends of NT$ 20,000.
- Financial Aid: Up to NT$ 20,000.
