The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs has provided funding for the 2025 MENA Scholarship Programme at the UNESCO/IHE Delft in the Netherlands.
The MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP) offers full scholarships for short courses in the Netherlands to young professionals from the Middle East and North Africa.

Scholarship Details
The MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP) aims to build bridges through knowledge by offering opportunities for capacity building within organisations in the Middle East and North Africa.
It enables young professional impact makers to take part in short courses in the Netherlands, and it facilitates tailor made training for organisations in the region.

How to Apply
To apply for this scholarship:
- Visit the scholarship application portal
- Step 1: Check if you meet the MSP eligibility criteria (see also the document “Obligations for scholarship holders MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP) – Individual Scholarships ” below).
- Step 2: Select one of the three courses listed below
- Step 3: Ask your employer whether they are willing to nominate you for a MSP scholarship.
- Step 4: Apply for admission to the short course
- After you have received an email in which we confirm your academic admission:
- Step 5: Prepare your application for MSP: employer statement (for download see below), motivation, passport, government statement (if required)
- Step 6: Submit your MSP application online by following this link: https://delta.nuffic.nl/
- Scholarship application deadline: MSP will open from April 1 until 20 May 2025 (16:00 CET)
