Scholarship Details
The MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP), funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and administered by Nuffic, offers fully funded short courses in the Netherlands for professionals aged 20 to 45 from the Middle East and North Africa. The MSP focuses on capacity building, professional development, and fostering international collaboration. Courses last between 2 to 13 weeks and cover topics such as governance, climate, and gender equality.
Participants will benefit from access to leading Dutch educational institutions, dynamic international exposure, and skill development crucial for sustainable growth in the MENA region. The program also strengthens professional networks and promotes cultural exchange between the Netherlands and participating countries.
Eligibility Criteria
To be qualified for the MENA Scholarship Programme 2025, applicants must:
- Be a citizen and resident of one of the eligible MENA countries.
- Be living and working in their country of citizenship at the time of application.
- Provide an employer’s statement that meets the Nuffic format requirements.
- Possess a valid passport (valid for at least 3 months after the application submission).
- Provide a government statement (if applicable based on the applicant’s country).
- Be aged 45 years or younger at the time of grant submission.
- Not have received more than one MSP scholarship for overlapping courses.
