Successful applicants will gain new skills and build on the strengths of the firm. Fellows receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on their teams.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the The McKinsey & Company Internship program, applicants must:
- Have undergraduate or master’s degree
- Have less than 3 years of work experience
- Have completed or is about to begin national youth service
- Possess outstanding record of academic achievement
- Have proven record of leadership through extracurricular activities and/or in a work setting
- Have exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants of this scholarship will receive:
- Opportunity to work in teams of typically 3-5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of the client engagement. Â
- New skills through exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on the teams.
- Following the end of the YLP, assuming good performance, applicants may be offered a full-time business analyst role with the office.
