The Katsina Government Talent Connect Fellowship is a paid program that offers real-world exposure, mentorship, and a competitive monthly stipend of N100,000.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Reside in Katsina State
- Have graduated in 2022 or later with a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND)
- Have a minimum qualification of 2.2 for Bachelor’s Degree holders or Upper Credit (>3.00) for HND holders
- Be 27 years or younger
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or have an exemption certificate
