The aim of the ITU Turkcell Scholarship program is to support graduate studies with living and research stipends in ITU Computer Engineering Graduate Program at MSc and PhD levels.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Apply for admission and enroll in ITU Computer Engineering Graduate Program (MSc or PhD).
- Have a Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.00/4.00.
- Have no disciplinary actions or criminal record.
- Have no other steady income, scholarships, or employment during the scholarship period.
- Maintain a GPA of 3.00/4.00 each semester.
Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants of the scholarship will receive:
- Monthly stipend of 55,000 TL (660,000 TL annually).
- Up to 15,000 TL for research expenses.
- Mentorship and networking opportunities.
