Scholarship Details
The First Class Muslim (FCM) Foundation Scholarship is open to only a number of universities to participate. These universities include:
- Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna
- Bayero University, Kano
- Federal University, Gusau, Zamfara
- Usumanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto
- Kaduna State University, Kaduna
- Kano University of Science & Technology, Wudil
- Sokoto State University
- Zamfara State University
- Shehu Shagari University of Education, Sokoto
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a full time undergraduate student in any of the nine (9) eligible universities
- Be in 300 level in one of the eligible universities
- Be currently on a minimum of 4.5 CGPA on a scale of 5 (or equivalence on other scales)
- Demonstrate readiness and availability to fulfil scholarship requirements and training curriculum

Required Documents
To apply for this scholarship, applicants must prepare:
- Student Identity Card (of institution)
- Evidence of Current Studentship of Institution (ID Card, Biodata Form e.t.c)
- Reference letter from a reputable Islamic Organization (Institution-based student organizations are not acceptable)
- Current result slip showing student CGPA with the signature and stamp of the HOD
- A Personal Statement to convince panelists as to why they should consider you for the scholarship.
