Application for the 2025 Skoltech University Scholarship has been opened for international students interested in studying in Russia.
The Skoltech University Scholarship covers the full tuition fee of successful applicants and will also provide living stipends of $5,556 as well as complete medical insurance throughout the period of study.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
For Master’s programs
- An appropriate bachelor’s or specialist degree or its equivalent, from an accredited university.
For Doctoral programs
- An appropriate master’s or specialist degree or its equivalent, from an accredited university.
- Skoltech receives more applications each year from excellent candidates than she has places available, meeting the minimum admissions requirement does not necessarily guarantee admission.
Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants of this scholarship will receive:
- Stipends: This depends on students’ academic standing, starting at 40,000 RUR per month for MSc programs.
- Free medical insurance.
- Variety of academic mobility programs.
