The Government of Azerbaijan Scholarship is a highly competitive program aimed at attracting talented international students to Azerbaijan’s leading universities. It supports candidates at all academic levels including Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, and residency programs.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2025, applicants must:
- Be citizens of a country that is a member of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) or the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM)
- Be under 25 years old for undergraduate and general medicine programs
- Be under 30 years old for graduate and residency programs
- Be under 40 years old for doctoral programs

How to Apply (Step-by-Step)
To apply for the Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2025:
- Candidates must be nominated by official government authorities (e.g., Ministries, Embassies) in their home country
- Submit all required documents to the nominating authorities before May 15, 2025 (6 PM Baku time)
- If nominated, candidates will proceed to the second phase and apply online via the Study in Azerbaijan Centralized Admission Service (SIACAS) portal between June 1–15, 2025
- Choose the appropriate admission channel on the SIACAS portal
Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted in two stages:
- Stage 1: Review of submitted documents
- Stage 2: Interview (via online platform/Skype)
Shortlisted applicants will be notified of their results by July 2025, and respective universities will follow up for final admission procedures.
