The 2025 edition of the Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassador Program (FUCA) is now open for applications.
This program is designed to engage and empower 20 dynamic student leaders from Nigerian universities and polytechnics, providing them with the opportunity to represent Unilever on their campuses while developing essential leadership and career skills.

Program Details
The Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassador Program offers selected students and graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by organizing skill-building initiatives, campus engagement activities, and empowerment projects.
Participants will serve as liaisons between Unilever and their institutions, and will be exposed to career-enhancing opportunities including leadership training, mentorship, and real-time project management experience.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the 2025 Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassador Program, applicants must:
- Hold at least an Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate project management knowledge
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Be active on social media and tech-savvy
- Be detail-oriented and highly organized
- Be available for full-time work for 1 year (8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday)
