Fellowship Details
The Eisenhower Fellowship Program is designed to identify, empower, and connect innovative leaders around the world. It blends hands-on experience with high-level discussions and meaningful collaboration to create long-lasting impact.
Each fellow embarks on a nearly six-week journey—both virtually and in-person—focused on project development, professional growth, and building global partnerships. Fellows become part of a distinguished community of over 2,500 change-makers from more than 115 countries.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the program, applicants must:
- Demonstrate a proven track record of leadership and a strong potential for future impact
- Be highly proficient in English
- Be between 32 and 45 years old at the time of the fellowship
- Commit to lifelong engagement with the Eisenhower Fellowships community
- Preference is given to applicants from countries where EF is actively engaged
