The SAP Young Professionals Program focuses on equipping recent graduates with both technical and soft skills required to launch a successful career as an SAP Consultant.
The program includes SAP software training, project guidance, and exposure to real-world business processes through virtual live classes.
Program Focus Areas
If selected, you’ll be trained to work in two core consultant roles: Functional and Technical. Your responsibilities may include:
- Contributing to the design, implementation, optimization, and upgrade of SAP S/4 HANA projects
- Supporting business process improvements and helping organizations leverage SAP for growth
- Learning to use SAP’s intelligent technologies like AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics
- Building relationships with clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the 2025 SAP Young Professionals Program, applicants must:
- Have the legal right to work in Nigeria
- Be currently unemployed or working part-time in a role not aligned with their career goals
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or Data Science
- Have graduated within the last 3 years with a high GPA (top quartile preferred)
- Be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Have a genuine interest in starting an SAP career involving travel
- Be available full-time from 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday, throughout the 2-month program
