Program Details
The McKinsey Forward Program is an interactive online experience that begins with foundational skills and progresses to real-world case studies. Participants will develop new behaviors through ongoing reflection, peer learning, and practical assignments.
Upon completion, participants will earn a McKinsey Forward digital badge and join a global network of lifelong learners.
Program Structure
- Foundation Level (8 weeks): 2 hours per week of digital courses and assignments
- Advanced Level (11 weeks): 2 hours per week of deeper learning and earning a McKinsey Forward digital badge
- Network Level (18 months): Optional ongoing activities with the global McKinsey network
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the McKinsey Forward Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Reside in any African country
- Be currently employed, self-employed, or between jobs
- Have less than 5 years of total work experience OR have more than 5 years of work experience but have not been responsible for directly managing colleagues
- Have completed at least a secondary education / high school degree
- Be fluent in English (the program is conducted in English)
