Program Details
The European Union is offering a traineeship of 6 months within the Green and Digital Economy Section of the EU Delegation in Nigeria, starting by the end of May.
The Green and Digital Economy Section of the EU Delegation is in charge of managing projects and programs spanning the sectors of: agriculture, climate, renewable energy and energy efficiency, circular economy, innovation and digitalization, youth employment, MSMEs, and investment.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for The European Union Traineeship program, applicants must:
- Have at least Bachelor degree of relevance to the field of work, e.g. international relations, political science, law, communications, journalism or similar degree
- Have excellent spoken and written English, French and Arabic add more advantages
- Have excellent analytical and drafting skills; and good IT skills
- Being knowledgeable in Qatari politics is an advantage.
Program Benefits
Successful applicants of The European Union Traineeship program will receive:
- A monthly grant to cover living expenses.
- On average, trainees can expect to receive approximately €600 per month.
- This financial support is designed to help cover living expenses during the traineeship.
- The European Union traineeship is to be held for up to 6 months within the Political, Press, and Information Section of the EU Delegation to Nigeria in May 2025.
