Scholarship Details
The Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program is a comprehensive scholarship that offers full financial support to international students pursuing a master’s degree at Beihang University. The program is managed by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) and covers essential expenses, including: Tuition fees, Accommodation, Medical insurance and Living costs.

Available Master’s Programs
Beihang University offers three specialized master’s programs under this scheme:
1. Master’s Program in Space Information Engineering
- Covers topics such as remote sensing, satellite communications, GNSS, and micro-satellite technology.
- Designed for students interested in space science and environmental technology.
2. Master’s Program in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data
- Focuses on IoT, data science, intelligent computing, and information security.
- Equips students with in-demand skills for careers in AI and emerging tech industries.
3. Master’s Program in Global Management
- Includes courses in project management, industrial engineering, decision-making, e-commerce, and marketing science.
- Aims to develop global business and management leaders.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be non-Chinese citizens, under 45 years old, and in good health.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least three years of work experience.
- Belong to one of the following categories:
- Government officials (division level or higher).
- Senior management staff in enterprises/institutions.
- University or research institution administrators.
- Individuals with relevant work or internship experience in international organizations.
- Obtain a pre-admission letter from Beihang University before applying.
How To Apply
Step 1: Apply for Pre-Admission (Deadline: March 15, 2025)
- Submit all required documents to Beihang University.
- Successful candidates will be invited for an academic interview.
- Qualified applicants will receive a Pre-Admission Letter via email.
Step 2: Apply to the China Scholarship Council (Deadline: March 30, 2025)
- Visit the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System.
- Complete the application form and upload necessary documents, including the Pre-Admission Letter.
- Select “Type A” as the scholarship category and use Agency Number: 1563.
- Choose “Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program” as the program.
Beihang University and the China Scholarship Council (CSC) do not authorize any third-party agents for applications. Applicants are advised to avoid paid services and fraudulent intermediaries.
